Terms of Service

A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is due to secure your event date for orders placed in advance. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks (14 days) before delivery/pick up.

Rush fee applies for orders placed 4 weeks and less and is based on availability. Rush orders must be paid in Full.

Treats are handmade. No treat will be exactly the same. Just Delicious Treats LLC reserves the right to interpret and design treats based on theme, event type, color scheme, and inspiration pictures provided. Treats are subject to the designer's discretion creating an element of surprise. 

 

Color matching will be attempted. A perfect color match cannot be guaranteed.

 

Just Delicious Treats LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical conditions resulting from our menu. It is the sole responsibility of the client to advise of all allergies and/or medical conditions for their guest/recipient. Sole responsibility will be attributed to the client.

 

We are not responsible for any damage to the treats after pick up or drop off.

 

Treats are transported best on a flat, level surface away from direct sunlight or heat. It is best to transport in a cool vehicle. Heat can damage your dessert. 

 

Our treats are best stored in a dry, cool place away from odor, heat, and/or sunlight. Do not place treats in direct heat or sunlight. Temperatures over 70 degrees Fahrenheit are not suitable for treats. We cannot be responsible for damages that occur due to heat over the stated temperature.
